We are looking for comments on this new product. The product photo is of a Youth Jump Switch more commonly referred to as the “Kid’s Switch “, it is presently being evaluated by some of the younger jumpers. With an operating point set at 80 pounds rather than the standard 125 pounds this switch can provide a smoother and more consistent pull for a young jumpers who are taking a proper three-quarter or double cut at the ramp. The blue rope distinguishes this particular switch from the standard unit. One proposal is to treat this switch at tournaments as a skier supplied device much like a trick release so that a young jumper can use his own switch and not require a promo owner to supply this second jump switch.
