Driving Tricks (2006 Promo Boats)
Driving from a dead stop, PerfectPass should quickly engage and settle in for a great pass. Once engaged, many drivers tend to slightly pull back on the throttle to help the system. This is NOT recommended as PerfectPass can run out of control room and performance may be compromised.
Following the engagement, leave handle at that position or slightly farther forward.
In turns, it is recommended that you leave the throttle handle well forward so PerfectPass remains fully engaged, or if the turn is tight and you need to give the skier a slower turn we recommend you pull the throttle back and disengage the system thru the turn.
Alternatively, you can press the OFF key as you head into the turn, and press the ON as you exit the turn.
If the system in a turn starts to run out of control room, the # sign may flash and the ECM and PerfectPass may struggle for control as you exit the turn.
